David MacHugh established Normac in April 2022, after nearly two decades on the tools and eight years in project management and estimating. That estimating background is why our proposals read the way they do — written to be compared, not argued about later.
Normac is family-run: David on the tools and in the estimating, Freya running the office. We work to capacity rather than to opportunity — if we can’t resource a package properly, we’ll tell you at tender rather than at week three.
