What we do
Blocked drains, hot water, burst pipes, leaking taps, gas and general repairs. Priced before we start.
Residential → 02Repairs and scheduled servicing for shops, offices, industrial and hospitality sites. Work around your trading hours.
Commercial → 03Common property, bulk hot water, backflow and tempering valve testing, pump stations — on a schedule, with the paperwork.
Strata → 04Hydraulic packages for commercial construction. Priced from your drawings, with inclusions and exclusions stated plainly.
Projects → 05Stormwater and sewer drainage, strip drains, pits, treatment systems, pump stations, excavation and reinstatement.

Normac is family-run — David on the tools and in the estimating, Freya running the office. Established April 2022, after 15 years on the tools and 7 years in estimating and project management.
